The Private Client Services team supports its clients’ personal and business affairs with in-house specialists and a comprehensive professional network. Client confidentiality is underpinned by a strong culture of discretion, staff continuity and rigorous data protection procedures. Flexible fee arrangements, including quarterly and annual retainers, offer a streamlined alternative to hiring full-time staff.
• Private Affairs Management: Bender Brothers & Co coordinates personal family office services, such as the management of residences in different countries and the arrangement of complex international travel. It also provides advice on education, the acquisition of fine art, philanthropy, security, residence planning and international relocation.
• Executive & Business Support: In-house specialists support business projects, which could include data management, the opening of bank accounts and the procurement of legal or accounting advice. The team has experience with highly confidential assignments and would often act as a client’s representative to preserve anonymity.
• Property Advisory: William Cadogan, a Chartered Surveyor with two decades of industry experience at Knight Frank, Cadogan Estates, and Cazenove, leads the estate management practice. His team coordinates British and international acquisitions, sales, lettings, refurbishment, and ongoing asset management of leading properties.

Hon William Cadogan
William Cadogan is a Chartered Surveyor with nearly 20 years of experience in the property industry. Prior to this he worked in the City of London as an investment banker with eight years at Cazenove. Mr Cadogan is director of Cadogan Estates (Australia) and a private investor with interests in the United Kingdom and overseas. He is a founder and NED of Harts Group, a restaurant chain with 14 outlets in London that includes Quo Vadis and Barrafina restaurants. He was a consultant for the Knight Frank Private Office. Mr Cadogan is the Chairman of The London Playing Fields Foundation as well as a Trustee of The Cadogan Charity and the Village Housing Charitable Trust.

Hon Mark Chisholm
Prior to joining Bender Brothers, Mr Chisholm founded and ran an Executive Services business focused on travel, property management and other executive services for international entrepreneurs and families. Before that he worked for a major global concierge company managing relationships with its top-tier members. His career began in the art world, in the Private Client Services at Sotheby's in London. Mark was educated at Eton and Newcastle University.

Angus Strachan
Before joining Bender Brothers, Mr Strachan held an operations role at a prominent London-based private office serving a world-renowned financier. Prior to that, he worked in capital advisory within the investment management sector. This position followed an associate role at Astra, a City-based hedge fund. Mr Strachan was also an adviser to S8nations, a Zurich-based think tank. His career began in the parliamentary office of a UK Minister of State. He was educated at Clare College, University of Cambridge, and Sedbergh.
